Do you have a physical store where I can shop?

Sorry, we are only available online. Shop our items at www.PristinyCouture.com 


How do I know that my payment has been received?

Once Pristiny Couture receives your payment, we will send you a notification to your registered email confirming your payment.

You can also log into your Pristiny Couture customer account and view the payment status for the current order number. When payment has been received the payment status will show "paid". 


How can I view my order History?

You can easily check your order history by logging into your Pristiny Couture customer account. Click here to view "My account". Every purchase you make with us will appear here. 


Do you provide an invoice?

Yes we provide invoices! Along with your order, your invoice will be packed in the mailer. You can view your invoice and confirmation items that you purchased along with the correct quantity of each item.  


What is PayPal? Is it safe?

PayPal is a secure and encrypted payment processing site. PayPal is completely safe to use for online shipping. Consumer protection is always in place for your safety. PayPal can be used at PristinyCouture.com to make online purchases with Credit Cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, JCB, and Diners Club International) as well as Debit.

I forgot to use my discount code. Can it be taken off my order after it's been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to manually make changes and add the discount code. If the code is still valid, it may be used on your next purchase. Sorry for the inconvenience. 


Can I cancel my order?

We aim to process orders very quickly to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. Once you place your order, unfortunately, there is no way we can cancel it. When your item arrives, you can follow our exchange guidelines to return the item(s) to us. 


How do I return item(s) to Pristiny Couture?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, we are happy to solve your issue. Please send the item(s) you wish to return back to our return facility within 14 days of the original delivery date. Click here to view our full "Return Policy" page for more details...


Do I have to pay the return shipping fee?

Unfortunately we do not provide return shipping labels. All returned packages are at the expense of the customer.


How long does it take to process my return?

When your return arrives at our return facility, it will be inspected thoroughly for original condition. If it is approved for a return, It will be processed within 1-14 business days. You will then receive a store credit code at the email address which you provided at checkout. Please note: The code is available immediately and never expires. The code can only be used once for the return item(s) you wish to receive.


My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do? Will I receive another item?

If you have received Damage, Defective items, or wrong item shipped, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of original delivery date at Info.PristinyCouture@gmail.com.

The email should please include a clear picture or video of the problem and describe the issue in detail along with your order number. We will gladly issue you store credit of the original product price. If 3 days have passed, we cannot issue you store credit. You may repurchase the item if it is still available in stock or you may use the store credit towards something else.


My item broke or was damage after wearing. Can I exchange for store credit? 

We sincerely apologize if this happens and we do understand it may be very frustrating, however our products are manufactured and come from various vendors. We thoroughly inspect our items upon receiving them to ensure we ship the best quality items to our customers. With that being said, damages after wearing is rare to occur and out of our control. Therefore, Pristiny Couture is not responsible for any item damaged that occurs after being worn.
