Refunds: 

Pristiny Couture does not issue refunds. We only issue store credit for the amount that you purchased at checkout. Shipping cost is not included.

Returns/Exchanges:

ONLY CLOTHES AND SHOES are eligible for exchanges only with store credit (NO REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED). All other items are considered FINAL SALE. Please be aware that all items returned must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, have original tags, contain no stains, no odors, and must be undamaged). Please send items back to us within 14 days for store credit.

Non-Returnable Items: 

Items that are considered non returnable would be products other than clothing or shoes. Specific clothing items such as bodysuits and swimwear is non returnable as well as lashes and beauty/make-up products. This is due to sanitary and hygienic reasons for your safety and other customers. In addition sale items ending in $.97 cent, discount/coupon codes, jewelry, accessories, and custom products (such as bundle boxes) are non returnable. For your convenience, All final sale items are listed in the product description before purchasing. 

Damages and Wrong Items Shipped: 

If you have received Damage or wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 1 week of original delivery date at Info.PristinyCouture@gmail.com.
The email should please include a clear picture or video of the problem and describe the issue in detail along with your order number. We will gladly issue you store credit of the original product price. If 1 week has passed, unfortunately we cannot issue you store credit. You may repurchase the item if it is still available in stock, or you may use the store credit towards something else.

 

 

Please consider reading all policies before making a purchase with Pristiny Couture. It is your responsibility as the customer to be fully informed before making a purchase. We (Pristiny Couture) reserves the right to solely define and refuse, limit, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to an irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing" involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged and missing items; or, potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Additionally, Pristiny Couture reserves the right to refuse service to any customer due to similar actions as note above. We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
