What shipping carriers do you use?
All orders are shipped out using USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
We sure do! Shipping prices vary depending on the total amount of your order and your location. Shipping cost are calculate at checkout.
How do I know if my package has been shipped yet?
When your package has been dispatched, you will then receive an email notification to your registered email confirming your shipment.
After I place my order, when will I receive my package?
Package arrival depends on a few situations. The shipping method you chose at checkout and your country location depends. Pristiny Couture Warehouse is Located in the U.S. So, for International customers, it will take longer to receive your package. No worries, we always provide a tracking number so you can stay up to date on where your package is. Tracking numbers provide an estimated delivery date; but they are sometimes expected to change due to severe weather conditions and other situations.

When will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking information usually appears 1-3 days after dispatch from the post office. The deliver carriers have to update the delivery information on the website before it appears.
How do I track my package?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from us confirming your shipment. The email will include your tracking number and a link to the delivery carrier's website. To track your package, simply enter your tracking number on the website.
You can also track your package by clicking the "Track my order" tab on the footer of our website and entering your tracking number.
Help! What should I do if my package has not arrived?
Pristiny Couture is not responsible for any packages lost in transit. Please contact your local delivery carrier and provide them with the tracking number that was sent to you. Unfortunately, once we send out your item, it is a matter with you and the delivery carrier. Please note that this is very rare but it can occur. Sometimes it may be a delay in delivery and may take longer than expected. We strongly suggest contacting your delivery carrier for further assistance with this matter. They will let you know exactly where your package is and answer any additional questions you may have. Thank you for understanding.
